Upon the huge success of our Samarth Milan session based on laughter yoga, we are proud to introduce a daily laughter yoga session that you can join right from the comfort of your own home!
Laughter yoga can help you to keep your stress levels down, boost immune system, and keep your mind positive during challenging times.
Start everyday off with a healthy dose of laughter and with your lungs full of oxygen!
