Join fellow seniors for a daily laughter yoga session and make a great start to your day. Laughter yoga can help you keep your stress levels down, boost immune system, and keep your mind positive. The free session is conducted online, which you and your friends can join from anywhere.

Start everyday off with a healthy dose of laughter, with your lungs full of oxygen!
