MEET THE FOUNDERS
Asheesh served as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company's India & European offices, is a media entrepreneur who co-founded 9.9 Group, and an education leader involved in establishing Universities in the private & government sector. His passion for quality in eldercare is the driving force at Samarth.
Gaurav is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in setting up and managing service operations at Citibank and Stanchart, and fast-scaling micro-finance start-ups like Fino. He brings a unique ability to execute alongside the frontline while architecting strategic solutions.
Years of being a pillar of support for elders in her family has given Anuradha deep insights and further fuelled her passion to help senior citizens. A person with boundless energy, she is the Founding Dean of The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women and Co-founder of 9.9 Media.
First-hand experience of balancing life between his children and family in the US and the needs of his parents living in India motivated Sanjay to co-found Samarth. He has worked in thirty five countries with organizations such as Halliburton, IBM, and CMC and has built an innovative consumer products company in the US.
